Identifiability Check -- Sun, 01 Feb 2004 18:39:16 -0500 reply
A boolean column stores a one if the domain in question is owned by a company with verified existence and identifiability by one of the following methods: SSL certificate, business magazine roster list (such as Fortune, Inc, Forbes), publically traded, other stable association listing. Reference lists must have a standard of verification suitable for reasonably assuring that the company in question can be readily contacted for legal or other remedy in case anti-spam or anti-fraud laws are broken.

The column could be integer, and the domain could get a point for each type of verfication it has. Email administrators could then choose a threshold of identification they wish to whitelist.

Multiple DNSBL servers in whitelist mode could be configured based on the threshold.
